  1. 1. Copy

    Tap Copy for agent.

  2. 2. Paste

Into a new chat with Codex, Claude or ChatGPT.

  3. 3. Approve

Click the big purple button on the StreetTeam page it opens. In ChatGPT or the Claude app, it first shows you where to add StreetTeam.

Read the prompt
Connect yourself to my StreetTeam account, then give me a quick briefing.

1. Connect. If StreetTeam tools are already available to you, skip to step 3. Otherwise add StreetTeam's hosted MCP server (https://streetteam.fm/api/mcp):
   - Codex: run `codex mcp add streetteam-hosted --url https://streetteam.fm/api/mcp`, then `codex mcp login streetteam-hosted`.
   - Claude Code: run `claude mcp add --transport http --scope user streetteam-hosted https://streetteam.fm/api/mcp`, then `claude mcp login streetteam-hosted`.
Run these yourself. If your sandbox blocks a command, ask me to allow it.
   - Only if you are ChatGPT or the Claude app, which cannot add servers themselves: give me the fewest clicks to add a custom connector named StreetTeam with that URL, then wait for me.
   - Any other assistant (Gemini, Grok and the rest): add it as a remote MCP server over HTTP with OAuth sign-in if you can, or give me the fewest clicks to do it; if your app cannot connect to MCP servers at all, say so in one line.
2. Sign in. A StreetTeam page opens in my browser; tell me to click the big purple button on it (Connect, or Approve & connect). That click should be the only thing I do. Never ask me for a password or token. If your tools only appear in a new session, tell me in one short line to start a new chat and paste this message again.
3. Brief me. Only read, change nothing. Use list_artists, get_artist, list_tasks (my assigned and personal tasks; owner-present robot also merges robot work), and whatever revenue, pipeline, event and journey tools my access allows. If I can see many workspaces, pick the one my tasks and recent activity point to and name it; do not stop to ask me. Then reply in under 200 words, plain language, no tables:
   - Who I am: one line.
   - What is new: the 2-3 biggest recent developments.
   - Priorities: my top 3 right now.
   - Opportunities: the 2-3 biggest.
   - Try asking: 3-4 example requests specific to my business.

Step-by-step for ChatGPT, Claude and Codex

ChatGPT connects through Developer mode on the web. It is available to Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu accounts; on a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace an admin allows Developer mode first.

Server URL

https://streetteam.fm/api/mcp

ChatGPT on the web

Web
  1. Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT Settings. Personal accounts find it under Security and login; workspace accounts find it under Apps → Advanced settings.
  2. Open Settings → Apps and choose Create. Name it StreetTeam, paste the server URL above as the MCP server URL, and pick OAuth for authentication.
  3. Choose Scan tools. ChatGPT opens the StreetTeam sign-in and permissions screen; approve it, wait for the scan to finish, then choose Create.
  4. In a new chat, open the plus menu, choose Developer mode, and select StreetTeam. Write actions ask you to confirm before they run.

Which tools ChatGPT can run depends on your plan: OpenAI documents full MCP support, including write actions, for Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces, so a personal Plus or Pro account may see read tools only. On those workspaces an admin publishes the app for everyone from Workspace settings → Apps → Drafts.

iPhone and Android: ChatGPT runs developer-mode apps on the web only, so this connection does not appear in the ChatGPT iPhone or Android apps. StreetTeam reaches them once our OpenAI plugin directory listing is approved.

Signing in

Review the requested permissions on the StreetTeam authorization screen, then return to your assistant. Start a new conversation so it can discover the connection.

Try your first request

“List the StreetTeam artists I can manage, then help me pick my top three priorities this week.”

This starts with a read. Review proposed changes before approving them.

Already connected through the StreetTeam plugin? Use that connection. Adding the same server twice can duplicate tools. The branded plugin and manual setup use the same hosted service.

Where it works today

One StreetTeam account, signed in once per assistant. A connection made on the web carries over to that assistant's other devices where the table says it does.

A dash means we have not published a path for that device yet, not that it is impossible.

Get back to work if a connection stops

StreetTeam is missing from my tools

Open a new conversation after connecting. In ChatGPT, choose Developer mode from the plus menu and select StreetTeam for that message. In the Claude app, check Settings → Connectors shows StreetTeam as connected and turn it on in the tools menu. In Codex, run codex mcp list; in Claude Code, use /mcp. If you installed a plugin, update it through the same marketplace that installed it.

My assistant asks me to sign in again

In ChatGPT and the Claude app, reconnect from Settings → Apps or Settings → Connectors. In Codex, run codex mcp login streetteam-hosted; in Claude Code, use /mcp inside a session. Select Stay connected on the StreetTeam consent screen to enable renewal. Never paste a token or password into chat. Report repeated sign-in requests after reconnecting to support.

A tool timed out or an update has an uncertain result

Ask your assistant to read the task, deal, or post back before trying an update again. Sending a message or completing a task can have a real effect even if the reply was interrupted. For a read-only request, retry once after a brief pause.

I can connect, but an artist or action is unavailable

Check the StreetTeam account you signed in with and the permissions on your connection. Your current artist role still applies. An administrator can help with access; reconnect only if the requested OAuth permissions need to change.

Still stuck? Contact support with your assistant name and version, the time of the failure, and the error text. Leave out credentials and private customer content.

What it can do

Tasks

Capture, edit, break down (steps nest up to five levels), file an existing task under a quarter or month parent or back out to the top level, start projects and file tasks in them (a step follows its parent’s), discuss, and complete or cancel workspace or personal tasks with natural-language dates and time horizons, accept or dismiss suggested ones, and delete personal ones. Add text and images to a workspace task’s notes and read them back, and choose who is told (push, text or email) when a task is done, blocked or moves. Draft and save a reusable workflow, then start a run of it and follow the steps it opens.

Pipelines and offers

Inspect pipelines, their stages and configured offers, read deals and their timelines, add pipeline notes, edit or move a deal, assign an offer in bulk. Create a pipeline (blank or copied from a template) and change its settings, open a deal by hand, close it won or lost, configure a pipeline’s offers, reassign deals to an owner in bulk, and move many deals into a stage after previewing the count.

Clips and replays

Cut and publish clips from recorded sessions or any uploaded video, caption and style them (from the transcript, from timed song lyrics, or your own lines), spin hook variants off one cut, and export any clip as a wide 16:9 or vertical 9:16 MP4; read call and livestream replays, summaries, and transcripts.

Community and posts

Read channels, posts (sorted by newest, votes, comments, recent responses, or recent completion), and members; draft, publish, or update posts from Markdown; comment on a post or reply to a comment.

Events and calendar

List and schedule events, book a follower into a 1:1 call with their confirmation and join link, see registrations, see which ticket products each event sells and move a ticket to the event it belongs on, cancel a whole event or one attendee’s seat with notice, audit and repair Google Calendar sync. Read a group scheduling poll’s votes, change who is invited, confirm the winning time (a dry run first) or cancel it, and mint each attendee a personal auto-login join link. Make a one-off booking link for one person at one company (titled for them, with the company’s logo and their name and email filled in, single-use and expiring by default), which files them and their company as contacts and returns a URL to paste into your own email; list those links and revoke one. See a bookable call type’s open slots, mark who attended or no-showed (which runs pipeline and journey follow-ups), move a booking or an event to a new time with notice to attendees, create and edit event types, and duplicate an event. Event types include the public team booking link, and each host includes their personal link, including an assigned coach’s coaching-call link.

Revenue and subscriptions

Read Financial Planning revenue with its basis, or classified accounting revenue by period and account; search payments and read MRR.

Explore 49 more capabilities

Voice calls

In enabled workspaces, prepare call briefs and start explicitly authorized AI calls for pipeline follow-up or support inquiries. Read status, transcripts and outcomes, or request a stop. Calling requires a configured voice worker; human takeover is available in the app.

Contractor onboarding and team access

Inspect team roles and permissions, invite people to an artist’s team with their own login, add existing users as contractors, create narrowly scoped roles, save individual access exceptions, and configure company sender addresses without granting account access. Team onboarding and access management require separate consent and cannot exceed the signed-in user’s authority.

Pipeline rotation and booking hosts

See and change who a workspace’s work goes to: pipeline rosters and who is in the round-robin rotation, which closers the best-scoring leads are reserved for, which team member owns deals each stage trigger creates, and who hosts each bookable event type. Uses team-management consent and the workspace’s own permissions.

Payout preparation and commission recovery

Inspect masked bank recipients and commissions, prepare a contractor payment for human review, and track a recoverable advance against upcoming commissions. Preparation sends no money. Commission recovery activates only after matching bank funding is verified.

Broadcasts and saved audiences

Read broadcasts, sequences and how each broadcast performed, choose saved audience segments, author draft broadcasts, organize sequences, email yourself a test, cancel a broadcast that has not finished, and convert legacy filter audiences into reusable segments. Sending goes through prepare_outreach_sequence and a person’s approval.

Asset folder organization

Create nested folders, rename or move folders, and organize journeys, pipelines, posts, decks, smart links, KPI views, products, bundles, projects, one-off broadcasts and sequences. Folder moves preserve publishing, access and send status.

Surveys and RSVPs

Write a survey from steps and questions, including an event RSVP question that seats a ticket holder on the date they pick. Drafts stay private until you publish; publishing makes a survey answerable and usable in a journey, and sends it to no one. Read responses, completion totals and where people drop off.

Audience segments and reviewed outreach

Save filtered audience views, query followers and analyze the complete audience. Prepare bulk tag changes, journey enrollment or email, SMS and StreetTeam inbox DM broadcasts and sequences. Nothing sends until an artist administrator approves the review: on its page in StreetTeam, or through their own connected assistant once they have approved that exact review in the conversation or told it to, with the audience count read back and their words recorded on the review. Robots can never approve. Small test runs require their own approval.

Projects and media libraries

Find projects, create private projects and folders, attach media already in the artist’s library, and upload original images, audio, videos, PDFs, ZIPs and text files through verified signed uploads. Import draft catalogue tracks with metadata and create private ordered artist playlists. File-capable clients transfer the bytes; uploaded originals use the normal public media storage, and uploading creates no project share link. Separately, list, create and revoke project share links: a share link is a URL that lets anyone holding it open the project without signing in — and upload into it when the project allows link uploads — so each one is labelled, expires after 30 days unless told otherwise, and can be revoked. For review, set assets’ review status, file a re-render as the next version of the file it replaces, attach see-through (alpha) masters to a video by asset id, and mark working-material folders that Project Review skips.

Releases, credits and publishing

Set up a single, EP or album end to end: create a draft release, add songs, write each song’s credits (writers with PRO, IPI and share, producers, mixing, mastering and recording engineers, featured artists, publishers) with update_track_metadata, save the store details (label, © and ℗ lines, genre, language, release day, stores, territories), record each song’s ISWC and its PRO, MLC or administrator registrations, and email the split sheet to the writers for signature. get_release reads back the release page’s readiness checklist: what is done, what blocks distribution and the next step. Once it is ready, submit_release_to_stores sends the release to stores after the artist confirms; a robot working on its own can only propose it.

Advertising campaigns

Build paused Meta campaigns with audiences, creative, account-currency budgets and a total spending cap; enable or pause delivery with the separate advertising permission. Read synced Meta performance alongside StreetTeam last-touch attribution. USD and CAD account provisioning is supported. Read, save and sync the Success Path: the ordered chain of pipelines a contact travels, with one retargeting audience per milestone (and Graduated) kept in sync on Meta, Google, TikTok and X.

Test creatives and post the winner

Run several videos as paid Meta ads with the same daily budget each, pick the winner on keyword comments, comments, ThruPlays, hook rate or link clicks, post it to every connected account and boost it. The winner posts on its own after a review window unless someone holds it.

Launch social posts

Prepare editable founding-launch teaser, announcement, milestone, stretch-goal, countdown and thank-you drafts. Milestones stay manual. Opt into paid boosts of posts published through StreetTeam within a linked warm campaign’s cap and dates.

Content Calendar drafts

Save an unscheduled social post draft for one of the artist’s videos, targeted at every connected account (StreetTeam, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X) or a chosen few, with a caption per platform and the StreetTeam channel. Read it back to verify, preview how each destination will show it, then schedule or publish it once the artist confirms; a retry never posts twice. Draft the week’s featured-artist posts in one call, each tagging the person on every platform where they linked a handle.

Founding member launches

Customize campaign copy, move the launch close (endsAt, which keeps the campaign funding deadline, checkout cutoff, countdown and edition seal in step), connect an enrollment journey, manage early-purchase invitations, and configure a founding angel illustration tied to eligible purchases.

Finding your way around the app

Ask where something is in the artist app and get the page, the sidebar menu path to it (Store › Offers › Tiers), and a link, limited to the pages your workspace has turned on and your permissions open.

Followers and audience

Search follower profiles and preview or import email contacts without welcome messages or journey enrollment. New imports remain excluded from targeting until reviewed.

Custom email domains

Prepare root-domain email sending with a separate reply host, get DNS records, verify setup and activate the domain. DNS-provider changes remain separate.

Journeys

List journeys, inspect progress node by node, read the emails a journey sends, create or update a journey, or build a whole journey graph in one call and lint it before activating.

Onboarding and Backstage Pass

Set up how new people meet the artist: read the Backstage Pass and what it can pick from, choose the songs it plays (the first plays when nothing matches a person’s taste), its live event, VIP upgrade, merch add-on, words and VIP application, open or close it, and install the Onboarding journey that sends the bio link through the starter pack and the pass.

Custom pages

Write and edit journey landing pages as HTML documents with goal-action slots, or have them drafted from the artist’s brand kit, with full version history and rollback; every save is validated so a broken page is never published.

Livestreaming to your socials

See where restreaming a StreetTeam stage to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Twitch and Kick stands, add destinations from platforms the person has connected, switch destinations on or off, choose which event types go live everywhere and which never do, set the call-to-action shown on the restreamed video for each kind of show, hand the person the setup checklist as tasks, list every show’s YouTube and Facebook video and the YouTube channel’s other live broadcasts with their current visibility, and make a YouTube one public, unlisted or private once the person agrees. Connecting a platform is the person’s own click. Instagram, X and TikTok need a new key every show: an agent that works in the person’s own signed-in browser can create the live there and save its key with set_show_stream_key, which stores it encrypted for that show; otherwise the person pastes it in StreetTeam. No tool ever reads or returns a key.

Event guides

Write the interactive guide an event opens at its /guide page, one idea per screen: stories, questions with instant feedback, an AI superfan and posting plan built from the artists a visitor picks, a plan they can copy or download, and an email step that saves their copy. Attach it to an event type or one event. A published guide is public to anyone with the event link; it sends nothing to anyone.

Onboarding

Set up a new artist from their own assistant: read the onboarding they started, gather their welcome pack (who they are, their music, their numbers and goals), save it with the answers it is sure of, and fill in the rest of their setup from it. Only the signed-in person’s own onboarding is reachable, and it sends nothing to anyone.

Life Journal

Run the nightly family Life Journal from your assistant: see who has written tonight and what is missing, read a day’s answers and keepsakes, fill the four answers for yourself or a child you keep, and keep the day’s Suno song with its cover, as a link or an uploaded image. Each child’s song also becomes a track on a private “Life Journal Songs” playlist in the family’s own workspace, so a family call can play it from its Media panel; one call backfills the songs kept before and names the private Suno songs whose mp3 needs uploading, which the song audio upload pair then turns into tracks. Only your own days and those of children in your custody are reachable, a child never sees a parent’s days, and nothing is published or sent.

Fan-Pledged Tours

Plan a tour from where the artist’s followers are: suggest a route of cities in driving order, optionally from a fixed start city and date to a fixed end city, with show dates, drive estimates, pledge goals and deadlines. Save it as a draft tour with venues and per-city goals, set what the top leaders win in every city or one city, and read any tour’s pledges and city requests. Publishing a tour and calling go or no-go on a city stay in the dashboard, because they open pledging to the public, email pledgers and can charge their cards.

Tour venues

Find the rooms a tour city should play: the three that fit best, scored against the artist’s genre, the artists they sound like and their Superfan Avatar, and sized to the city’s pledges. Save a room (matched, never duplicated, across workspaces), shortlist or choose it for a city, and ask it to hold a night: that opens the room’s deal in the Show Booking pipeline with the request drafted. Nothing is emailed; the artist sends the draft from the deal.

Event agendas

Lay out a multi-day event’s agenda before its speakers confirm: add every session slot as a placeholder with its day and time, then fill each one in place with a title, description and speakers as people say yes. A placeholder shows on the public event page as “Session to be announced” and nothing more. Agenda edits email nobody and leave calendar invites alone.

Event stage guests

See who is booked onto a livestream event’s stage, add a featured guest or co-host by follower or email (a co-host can run the stage with the host), switch a guest’s role, take someone off the list, and resend the green-room invite. Adding someone emails them the invite unless told not to. get_event_detail returns the event’s join, control-room and green-room links.

Campaign results reports

Build a shareable page showing what an artist's campaigns produced over a window: views, clicks, video plays, new email subscribers, and applications with their qualified value and how many still await a reply. An AI-drafted review (wins, lessons and biggest opportunities, next steps) is edited before the link is sent. Anyone with the link can read it; it sends nothing to anyone.

Campaign scorecard

See how a launched campaign is doing against its cycle goals: each goal’s value, target, percent of goal and whether it is on track, over any window.

Slide decks

List, read, create, edit and duplicate the presentation decks hosts run from a /present link, and pin them to calendar events. Share one deck with another workspace (view or edit) so a partner and the host work from the same slides. Editing or sharing a deck never makes it public.

Webhook relays

See, create, re-point and delete the workspace’s webhook relays (a StreetTeam URL that forwards whatever a third-party service sends it to your own https endpoint), and check recent deliveries and their status codes.

Campaigns

Keep one record per launch: create a campaign with its launch time, window and goal, then tie its social posts, posts, journeys, broadcasts, Meta campaigns and Google, TikTok and X promotions to it, and add paid-media flights with dates and budget. Read a campaign back with everything tied to it and each object’s own status. Linking never creates, publishes or starts anything.

KPI views and results

Find, read, save and update the artist's saved views on the /analytics KPI page, and run one to get a total per column over its window, computed exactly as the page computes it. Views can filter to events, surveys, pipelines, Meta campaigns or a JV partner, in a stated time zone, with first-touch, last-touch or custom attribution. Unique people are counted over the whole window, and a metric with no data reads null, not zero.

Agreements (document signing)

Send contracts for signature: upload each PDF to a private presigned URL, create a packet naming who signs, and share each person's readable link (/sign/<packet>/<person>), which asks for a code emailed to them before it opens. Email the invites, follow who has signed, open the signed copies, and delete a packet nobody has signed yet. File an agreement already signed elsewhere (DocuSign, wet ink) as a record with each signer's signed date; a record sends nothing and has no links.

Application review

List the application deals waiting for a decision on a pipeline and approve or disqualify one, which continues the applicant’s journey; a disqualification emails the applicant when the pipeline has an auto-disqualify message.

Pipeline stages and triggers

Read and change a pipeline’s stages and the triggers that move deals into them: add a stage where it belongs on the board (a No-Show / Rebook stage after Call Booked), rename, recolor, retype, reorder or delete stages, and add, pause, change or delete the triggers that route bookings, no-shows, attendance, applications, purchases and payments into a stage. Configuration only: nothing is sent until a future event fires a trigger, and deleting a stage moves its deals to the stage you name.

Contact import

Bring an address book into a pipeline: preview the rows with existing deals and questionable names flagged, choose an offer per contact, import them as deals with their notes, clean up a contact’s name afterwards, and set the address their messages go to when they ask for a different one.

Pipeline inbox and agents

Read a deal’s conversation and the pipeline’s message templates, reply by email or SMS, review what the pipeline agents have drafted, and set up, change, run and remove the agents themselves — an agent that would send or call with nobody reviewing needs the user’s explicit approval.

Pipeline robots

Read the day’s brief for the Radioactive Robot working a pipeline — replies waiting, first outreach and follow-ups due under the daily quotas, drafts waiting for approval, and how many new prospects it may still find — file its daily write-up beside the numbers StreetTeam computes, add the prospects it researched to the board, add the people it finds to a deal and its company with their role, choose a deal’s primary contact, record an event deal’s dates, size and sponsorship costs, propose edits to the board’s playbook templates for the owner to approve, reorder or delete them and email yourself a test, configure the robot (its limits, schedule and whether it sends without asking) or run it now, and install a ready-made pipeline from a robot template.

Products

List an artist’s products, bundles, and shop blocks with pricing — relics include the Inner Circle tier they grant, that tier’s badge icon, and their display settings; rename a bundle, edit a product’s name and description, set a relic’s glow tier and owner badge, or retitle a shop block everywhere the storefront shows it; publish several products and bundles to the shop page at once, or unlist them. Create products of every type (relics and tickets included) and bundles, pictured with an image generated into the media library; a priced item listed on the shop page waits for the person’s approval.

Song soundtracks

Save named Moments of a song, then lay one under media library videos or under every video of a draft creative test. Each soundtracked video is a new library video with the song embedded in the file; the original is kept, and nothing is posted.

Studio episodes

Bring a recording into the studio and direct its multi-camera cut: list or create the series it belongs to (tied to the event type it records, optionally building each new recording automatically), cut a stage recording into an episode of it, or import camera files from the media library as a conversation (cut on its transcript) or a performance (one shot, switched by a cut plan), then read the episode’s shots and the cameras it was recorded with and say which camera each moment belongs to, change a layout, drop a span, or caption a moment. Directives address source time and are applied by the next build, so batch them and rebuild once.

Programs

List and inspect artist-authored programs and the campaigns run from them, restructure a program the workspace authored (rename, add, move or remove phases, modules and steps; rewrite a step’s instructions), and work a run step by step: read what each step asks for and fill it with text, answers, an uploaded file or a track.

Radioactive Robots

See the workspace’s AI teammates and what they did: list robots and their runs, read a run’s transcript, start or stop a run on a task assigned to a robot (or, connected as the robot, claim and finish one yourself), and approve or reject the changes robots propose. Approving runs the action, so confirm it first. Your own assistant can also file a message, booking or invite it prepared as a proposal on a task, for you to approve there. Connected as a robot whose owner is a platform admin, it can claim time-limited access to a workspace for platform work, list what it claimed and give it back; the workspace sees each claim in Settings → Robots.

Moderation

Work every moderation queue from one place: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok comments in workspaces with the social inbox, inbox conversations awaiting a reply, program discussion comments, community post comments and member reports. Triage, tag and annotate privately; file a program comment as a Dev Request; reply, hide, delete a comment, or kick and ban a member after confirming, since those reach real people.

Direct messages and group chats

Read your own /messages inbox and a chat’s recent messages, open a 1:1 DM or start a named group chat with people you work with, and post in it after confirming, since every message notifies the people in the chat.

Savings goals

List, add, edit and delete the savings goals on your Financial Planning Goals tab — your personal plan, or an organization’s. Plans only; no money moves.

Permissions you grant

Review the requested permissions on the StreetTeam authorization screen and uncheck any you do not want to allow. Additional permissions require explicit approval before connecting. When adding a permission, keep the access you still need selected. Your existing team role still limits this connection on every request.

StreetTeam Read

Read the artists, member contact details, survey questions and the answers members gave, community activity, payment records, advertising campaigns, audiences, creative media, and campaign results you can manage; saved segments, filter metadata, audience analysis and outreach review status; projects, folders and asset metadata, and — where you may manage projects — their share links, including each working share link URL; catalogue tracks, lyrics and artist-owned playlists; saved song Moments and the progress of videos a song is being laid under; broadcasts, sequences and saved audience segments; journeys and the emails they send, including each email's subject and full body; custom email domains, sender identities and reply-routing settings; call and livestream replays and their transcripts; voice call briefs, phone numbers, transcripts and outcomes; Agreements signing packets, their documents, signing progress and each signer's signing link, and short-lived links to the documents; and your own task inbox and calendar sync status; your family Life Journal — your own days and those of the children you keep, with their answers, songs and covers; presentation decks; pipeline offers and the applications awaiting review; the open booking times of event types; the Backstage Pass setup and its visit numbers; personal booking links and the name and email of the person each is for; campaign goal scorecards; how a social post draft will appear on each connected account; and webhook relays with the requests they forwarded

StreetTeam Write

Create and update saved audience segments, and prepare unsent broadcast/sequence drafts and bulk-action review requests (an administrator reviews, tests and approves these in StreetTeam, or has the assistant approve one after approving it in the conversation or instructing it to; approval sends the reviewed messages, or applies the tag or journey enrollment, to the whole frozen audience, and robots can never approve). Create, update, publish, and cancel supported StreetTeam content: posts (including comments on posts, which may notify the post author and, when replying to a comment, its author as well), journeys, events, tasks, clips, custom email domain setup and activation (changes future sending identity and reply routing), follower contact imports (including mapped properties and opt-outs; new followers remain excluded from targeting), pipeline deals (import contacts as deals, add notes, edit and move deals, rename a contact, assign offers), pipeline agent drafts, storefront copy (bundle titles, product names and descriptions, shop block titles and descriptions), which products and bundles the shop page lists, and surveys (write or replace a draft, and publish it so fans can answer it at its own unlisted public page; publishing sends it to no one). Some of these reach people or the public — sending a pipeline message or a pipeline agent draft emails or texts the contact; renaming a bundle or product changes the title fans see in the shop and, where the Stripe update succeeds, at checkout; publishing or unlisting a product or bundle changes what the public shop page offers; completing a task may run its configured action, such as sending a templated message; publishing a clip updates its public page and every place it is embedded; cancelling an event cancels its registrations, deletes linked Google Calendar entries, and emails attendees a cancellation. Founding launch updates can change public copy, enable or revoke early purchase access, convert unclaimed editions to deadline-limited minting, connect an enrollment journey, and configure an angel offer illustration. Create private projects and folders, organize supported assets into folders, save broadcast drafts using saved segments, preserve legacy broadcast filters as saved segments without sending or rescheduling, and upload original files into normal publicly readable media storage. Create and revoke project share links: a share link is a URL that lets anyone holding it open that project without signing in, and upload files into it when the project allows link uploads, until it expires or is revoked. Create and revoke personal booking links: a URL that lets whoever holds it book one call of an existing event type, with the recipient's name and email filled in, until it is used, expires or is revoked; making one files the recipient as a contact and their company (and its logo) in the workspace, and sends nothing. Set up the Backstage Pass and install the Onboarding journey: opening a pass makes the artist's bio link and pass link live for anyone, and the journey sends new people through it. Import draft catalogue tracks with verified original audio, edit track metadata (including song credits, which listeners see on StreetTeam Music and in Backstage Pass), and create private artist playlists. Set up releases: create draft releases and edit their details, store details and songs' publishing records; email a release's split sheet to its writers for signature; and send a release whose checklist is complete to streaming stores through its distributor, which cannot be called back (a later takedown removes it from stores but not the delivery). Copy a song from another workspace you manage as a draft track, save named song Moments, and lay a song under media library videos, which makes new library videos with the song embedded in the file and posts nothing. Event and calendar writes may notify attendees. Prepare voice call briefs, start explicitly authorized AI phone calls that share the brief with voice providers and incur calling charges, and stop calls. Upload private PDFs and create Agreements signing packets; anyone who opens a signer's link and proves that signer's email address can sign as them. File agreements already signed elsewhere as records, which send nothing and have no signing links. Email signing invitations from the workspace, and permanently delete packets nobody has signed, after which signing links already shared stop working. Create pipelines and change their stages and the triggers that move deals into them; open, close, bulk-move and reassign pipeline deals and approve or disqualify applications, which can start journeys that message the contact; mark event attendance, which runs no-show and attendance follow-ups, and reschedule bookings and events, which emails attendees; create and edit event types, where a published type is a public booking page; create and edit presentation decks; schedule or publish social post drafts, which posts publicly on the artist's connected social accounts; create, re-point and delete webhook relays, which forward whatever a third-party service sends to a URL outside StreetTeam; cancel tasks; and fill your family Life Journal answers and keep songs and cover images with its days, for yourself or a child in your custody, privately to your family

StreetTeam Advertising

Create and edit advertising campaigns, audiences and creatives in StreetTeam and the connected Meta ad account; upload eligible StreetTeam audience members to Meta; change budgets; launch, pause and automatically boost published launch posts. Safety and control

  • StreetTeam instructs every connected assistant to restate a write and get your confirmation before making it. That confirmation happens in the assistant, so grant the write permission only to assistants you trust.
  • Each request leaves a minimal audit entry: tool, artist, outcome, and duration. Tokens, request contents, email addresses, payment details, and post bodies are never stored in it.
  • Audit entries are deleted after 180 days. Credentials are stored only as one-way hashes.
  • Data an assistant retrieves is then handled under that provider’s own policies. Grant only the permissions you need.
  • Disconnect any time from Account → AI Connections. Revocation stops new requests immediately.
